I think it's about time to build an ark. We've had a lot of rain here in the Bluegrass region over the past several weeks. So much rain in fact that the humans have become very concerned with the health of Oreo, Buttons, Sarah and I. To help us out, our humans have bought us waterproof turnout sheets to wear while the weather is at its worse. My new sheet from K is navy blue and red with silver trim. It's quite fetching, if I do say so myself.
K was able to come out and visit me again and present me with my "rain coat" in person. She curried off my accumulated mud, fussed with my mane and tail and also had me try on a fancy leather halter to see if it might fit should we have any important soirees to attend. Alas the halter was a bit snug, but my rain coat fits like a charm.
